Beach and Tide Conditions
Kitesurfing conditions do not depend on Tide on this spot. Plage Napoleon, France is a Flat, Chop and Small waves spot. The launching/landing area is reported to be of Big size. Huge beach, about 7km long. Lots of space, so no need to launch close to tourists, which come in summer. Nice waves, but also excellent flat in Mistral (offshore).
Need to know
Careful about the other beach users, especially in July and August . When you are on water, be careful of Currents .
From Nimes take N568, then N268 to Port-Saint-Louis du Rhone. Here drive southeast to Plage Napoleon.
